This application allows you to transfer to your mobile phone all Wimob users’ pictures free of charge that is not directly or indirectly subject to any payment conditions, at a time prior to or after downloading them. Allowing access will let it pull your profile information, photos, your friend’s info, and other content it requires to work.

You undertake to suitably and legally use the WIMOB technology, in accordance with the applicable laws, the General Terms and Conditions on the website, morality, generally accepted good manners and public order.

In particular, by way of example but not limited thereto, you undertake not to use the WIMOB technology in a manner that:

(a) Could infringe, contravene or violate fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised by the Constitution, international treaties and other legislation;

(b) Encourages, incites or promotes criminal, degrading, defamatory, slanderous, offensive or violent actions or any others that are against the law, morality, generally accepted good manners or public order;

(c) Encourages, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts concerning gender, race, religion, beliefs, age or status;

(d) Includes, makes available or allows access to criminal, violent, offensive, harmful or degrading products, items, messages and/or services or any others that are against the law, morality, generally accepted good manners, public order or safety, or that are harmful to young people or children;

(e) Encourages or incites involvement in practices that are dangerous, risky or harmful to health or mental stability.

"The administrator" does not accept any responsibility for unsuitable, unauthorised or fraudulent use of the WIMOB technology or the Content by Users for illegal purposes or effects, which is harmful to third parties’ rights and interests.

"The administrator", at its own behest or that of a third party, reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the services at any time from users that breach the provisions in this Legal Warning and the Terms and Conditions, with no need for any prior notice and, in particular, it shall be fully authorised to deactivate the WIMOB technology used in breach of any of the provisions in these General Terms and Conditions for WIMOB Technology.

Allowing access you undertake to become a Wimob user, so that you allow other Wimob users to transfer your pictures to their mobile phone.
